Successfully Completed ML and R&D Engineering Internship at BRAINGAZE

I’m excited to share that I have successfully completed my ML and R&D Engineering Internship at BRAINGAZE, Spain! This remote internship from December 2024 to November 2025 has been an incredible one year journey into cutting-edge neuroscience research and machine learning applications.


What I Accomplished

During this internship, I had the opportunity to work on groundbreaking research in neurodevelopmental diagnosis using innovative ocular biomarkers. My primary contributions included:

Research & Development

  • Developed an end-to-end ML pipeline for neurodevelopmental diagnosis using ocular biomarkers
  • Processed raw time-series gaze data to extract meaningful patterns for clinical analysis
  • Designed a Deep Learning-based framework integrating Explainable AI (XAI) for clinical interpretability

Publications & Research Impact

  • Co-authored a pending research paper on “Clinical validation of ocular markers for differential diagnosis of ADHD and Autism”
  • Contributed to advancing the field of non-invasive diagnostic methods for neurodevelopmental conditions
